Working one-on-one, this customized coaching process is designed to help managers and executives at all levels to listen well, frame issues in a compelling manner, and to communicate with an authentic and commanding leadership presence. We help you understand your audience and work its hot spots.
Individual Assessment
Coaching begins with an initial personal assessment which involves an in-depth interview, feedback from your boss, peers, team and others (as needed), a video-taped assessment of a presentation (formal or informal), and a completion of an online survey regarding your preferred way to interact and communicate with others.
Time Line
Coaching involves a 3 month process of working with you to improve your ability to influence and impact others through the spoken word in formal and informal meetings and real time presentations you may be required to make. Coaching may be extended as needed.
Action Plan
Based on the individual assessment, a clear developmental action plan is developed and customized to develop you into a high impact influential presenter of ideas and plans. You learn to speak with confidence, to inspire and motive others to support your agenda, to build and strengthen relationships, to listen effectively to achieve your goals and to speak and write effectively.
