RAY CREW

Ray Crew knows the importance of influence and that when influential people speak people listen, commit and act.

Crew understands how to build an influential relationship with an audience and how to use that relationship to successfully inform, motivate and persuade.

He has developed a wide variety of learning and performance improvement strategies for organizations challenged to develop leaders, create loyal customers, increase sales, measure performance and improve employee selection and succession. Crew has been a journalist, broadcaster and owner/operator of a successful radio station in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina as well as a screenwriter, playwright and film director.

Mr. Crew is available to moderate a panel discussion or present a solo presentation on the topic of "Influential Presentation".

According to Crew even the brightest and most capable people will ultimately fail if they can’t lead with the spoken word.

Crew explains that successful people are always clear about why they are speaking and to whom they are speaking. They anticipate the needs of their audiences; prepare for their reactions and questions; and employ the most effective sequence and style. When they speak to those they lead, those they follow, their peers or their customers people listen.
